Unfurling 20×30″ mixed media was juried into the SC WaterMedia Show which is fairly difficult to get into so I am quite pleased. 

And I don’t have to drive it to Myrtle Beach and back which pleases me even more. That’s a ten hour drive from here. 

Inscrutable 15×20 watercolor 

This week I also received news that Inscrutable was chosen Best Watercolor at the Riverfronts Arts Festival with some prize money. Hurrah. As a friend said I am on a roll. 

Last year he was not accepted into the SC Watermedia show but has gone on to win prizes everytime I enter him in a show. Different judges chose different art. All judging is ultimately subjective and the judge’s taste.  

Minimoochie fair isle sock madness continues. Hope to do the toe soon but first off to paint.
